History

Cleartex, founded in 2011, emerged from the collaboration of Metralight, a company specializing in the development of high-precision industrial sensors, and Hokami, a manufacturer with long-standing expertise in PCB production, electronics assembly, and high-volume manufacturing.

Since its founding, Cleartex has focused on the development of industrial electronics and sensor-based solutions. We have supplied sensors to the textile industry since 2015 and delivering automation panel solutions since 2018.

We act as a technology partner, translating engineering challenges into reliable, manufacturable solutions — from initial concept and prototyping to series production.

Campus

The development and manufacturing of Cleartex products take place within a modern technology campus that brings together engineering, production, and service facilities in a single location.

The campus also offers a range of amenities for employees and visitors. These include a café with a bistro and coffee roastery, as well as a dental clinic and dental laboratory. Our goal is to create an environment that supports not only technological innovation, but also the everyday comfort and well-being of the people who work and spend time on the campus.

Sustainability

We believe that modern industrial technologies and environmental responsibility can go hand in hand. In the development and manufacturing of our sensors and electronic systems, we continuously strive to reduce energy consumption, optimize material usage, and minimize waste generation.

Our commitment also extends to sustainable infrastructure. All buildings within our campus are equipped with photovoltaic power systems, helping to reduce electricity consumption from the grid and maximize the use of renewable energy sources. Rainwater management is supported by natural retention ponds, while all paved surfaces utilize permeable paving, allowing water to naturally infiltrate the ground and contributing to sustainable water management.
