Q30 – High-speed inline optical inspection sensor

A non-contact optical sensor engineered for precise measurement of extremely fast-moving linear materials such as yarns and filaments directly during production.

The sensor incorporates a proprietary camera architecture with optimized dual-mode illumination, enabling stable profile acquisition as well as structure and surface defect detection at high production speeds. Its open mechanical design provides an extended measuring gap, while optical surfaces are positioned at a safe distance from the material path to minimize exposure to fiber fly, lint, dust, and other process-related residues such as wax or finishing agents.

Combined with dedicated signal processing algorithms, the optical configuration maintains high measurement accuracy and repeatability even in harsh and highly contaminated environments. This ensures extended uninterrupted operation and significantly reduced maintenance requirements under demanding industrial conditions.

SP1 laser triangulation sensor

SP1 – Laser point triangulation sensor for precise non-contact measurement of distance, displacement, height, and thickness in industrial applications. It enables accurate positioning control and dimensional monitoring of moving or stationary objects directly within the production process.

The sensor is suitable for inline quality control, process stabilization, dimensional verification, and feedback control systems where reliable, high-speed, and repeatable measurement is required.
